Application Methods
Designed for versatility, the Spraywelder™ is ideally suited for the uniform coating of cylindrical components like seal areas, shafts, plungers and plugs using a lathe setup. Handheld or robotic manipulation (see Automation Flyer) enhances the capability for complex line of sight geometries as well as out of position applications. With support for a wide selection of Wall Colmonoy’s hard-surfacing powders, including Colmonoy®, Wallex®, and Colferoloy™ alloys, the Spraywelder™ System is your go-to equipment for efficient, high-quality hard-surfacing.
