Products & Applications
Our Colmonoy®, Wallex®, and Colferoloy™ powders deliver thin, uniform, high-adherence coatings that combat friction and reduce wear for applications such as:
- Powertrain: gears, shafts, valve seats, turbocharger components, pistons, and cam followers
- Fuel & Exhaust Systems: fuel injector tips, EGR valves, manifolds, and exhaust valves and seats, valve stems

Application Methods
Applied through proven techniques such as PTA, EHLA/HSLC, Laser Cladding, HVOF, and Spray & Fuse, our alloys form dense, uniform coatings that resist friction, abrasion, and chemical attack. Available in powder, rod, and wire form, they provide flexibility for OEM production and repair operations alike.
